3.1 bottle billets


A, when making blow moulded bottles, first, PET slice is injected into bottle blank. It requires two times that the proportion of recycled materials can not be too high (less than 5%), the number of reclaim can not exceed two times, and the molecular weight and viscosity can not be too low (molecular weight 31000-50000, intrinsic viscosity 0.78-0.85cm3 / g). The injection molded bottle billet should be stored in 48h to be used above. The bottle blank, which is not used up after heating, must be reheated and reheated at the top of the 48h. The storage time of the bottle is not more than six months.


The advantages and disadvantages of B and bottle billet depend largely on the advantages and disadvantages of PET materials. It is necessary to choose the easy to blow and easy to shape materials, and to make a reasonable forming process of the bottle blank. Experiments show that the same viscosity of PET molded blanks and imported raw materials are easier to blow molding than domestic materials, while the same batch of blanks, with different production dates, may also have great differences in blow molding process. The preform determines the blow molding process difficult, preform requirement is pure and transparent, no impurities, no color, length and halo around the injection point right.


3.2 heating


A, the heating of the bottle billet is completed by the heating oven, and its temperature is set by manual and automatically adjusted. A far infrared radiation heating bottle blank by far infrared lamp baking oven, oven bottom by the wind turbine thermal cycle, the even temperature in the oven. The bottle billet rotates at the same time in the oven, so that the wall of the bottle is heated evenly.


B, lamp tube layout in the oven from top to bottom is generally "district" shape, two heads, less middle. The heat of the oven is controlled by the number of light tube opening, the setting of the whole temperature, the power of the oven and the heating ratio of each section. The opening of the lamp tube should be adjusted with the preblown bottle. In order to make the oven better, the adjustment of its height and cooling plate is very important. If the adjustment is not proper, it is easy to appear defects such as expansion of the bottle mouth (bottle mouth), hard neck and neck (etc.).






3.3 preblowing


A and pre blow is a very important step in the two step blowing method. It refers to blow up during the blow down process and start blowing at the same time, so that the shape of the blank is initially formed. The preblowing position, preblowing pressure and blowing flow are three important technological factors in this process. The advantages and disadvantages of the shape of the preblown bottle determine the difficulty of the blow molding process and the performance of the bottle. The shape of the normal preblown bottle is spindle shaped, and the abnormal shape has the shape of subbell, handle and so on. The causes of abnormal shape include improper local heating, insufficient pre blow pressure or insufficient blowing volume, and the size of preblowing bottle depends on pre blowing pressure and pre blowing position. During the production, the size and shape of all pre blowing bottles of the whole equipment should be maintained. If there is any difference, we must find the specific reasons, and adjust the heating or pre blowing process according to the pre blowing bottle.


The size of the B and pre blowing pressure varies with the size of the bottle and the capacity of the equipment. The general capacity is large, the pre blowing pressure is small, and the production capacity of the equipment is high.
