Preheating and pre blowing (location, pressure and flow), stretching bar, high pressure blow (pressure, location) and mold are the factors that affect the bottle making process of bottle blowing machine.


1. bottle billets


The bottle billet is also called a billet. It is PET pellets formed by injection molding. It requires that the proportion of the recycled material can not exceed 10% and the number of recovery can not exceed two times.


2. heating


The heating of the bottle billet is completed by the heating furnace, which is manually set and automatically adjusts. The height of the heating furnace is about 25mm, and it is about 19.6mm from the conveyor.


There is also a certain relationship between the production process of bottle blowing and the temperature of the production environment, and the environment temperature is usually at room temperature (about 22 C). If the temperature is too high, then the product easy to appear point agglomeration; the temperature is too low, the machine starts when the product performance is not stable, according to the actual situation and experience to adjust to the specific operation.


3. preblowing


The role of pre blowing in the blowing process is to make the shape of the bottle first, and the longitudinal tensile strength of the stretch bar is increased by the stretching rod lengthwise. The whole process is to push the three valve to the pre blowing position in the process of blowing the bottle, and complete with the one-way valve. The position, pressure and flow of pre - blowing can affect the quality of the bottle.


Location: pre blowing position ahead of schedule, will appear at the bottom of the bottle, the center point is skewed and thin, the thickness of the foot wall is uneven and white, heavy and light, hard neck and even bottom penetration and other defects. If the pre blow position is wrong, it will appear light and low weight, center point thickening, depression and other defects.


The air flow preblowing flow is controlled by a one-way valve, which is generally suitable for 3-4 cycles. The gas flow is large, the bottom is heavy, the center point is thin and partial, the foot is white, the wall thickness is uneven, the gas flow is small, the center point is thickened, the section parts are overweight and exceed the standard.


Pressure: pre - blowing pressure is suitable for 0.8-1MPa. When the pressure is high, it may cause higher weight and lower light. The center point is skewed, the thickness of the foot wall is uneven, and the whitish and so on. When the pressure is low, it cannot be fully stretched, the bottom is heavy and the center point is thick.


The molding of the bottle foot and center point has the greatest influence on the quality of the bottle, and the improper adjustment often causes the fatal defects, such as the bottle (under normal experimental conditions) and the leakage.


4. drawing rod


The drawing rod is a device that stretches the heated bottle blank with pre blowing, while it is preblown. It is reset after high pressure and before exhaust. The drawing rod must move vertically and smoothly during the blowing process. The driving pressure is 0.55-0.8MPa, and the clearance between the drawing die and the bottom die is 2.3-2.5mm, that is, the thickness of the preform is 1 / 3-1 / 2. When the gap is too large, the center point of the bottle bottom will be offset; the gap is too small and the center point is thinner.


5. high pressure blowing


The effect of high pressure blowing is to make the melt fully stretched, close the mold wall, make the bottle fully formed, and stretch the transverse direction at the same time, so as to improve its transverse strength. The main influencing factors are position and pressure.



6. mold


Die is one of the important factors that affect the molding of bottle blowing.
