1. Closing part
By balanced positioning of positioning rack, front, middle and rear three templates, hyperbolic arm linkage mechanism and clamping cylinder, the cylinder is driven by electromagnetic direction control valve to realize opening and closing of the connecting rod crank arm. The structure design is reasonable, the operation is stable and the clamping force is large.
2. Drawing and blowing part
The utility model is composed of a drawing solenoid valve, a high-pressure blowing valve, a pulling body sealing cylinder, a movable sealing seat and a blowing gas storage cylinder. When working, the piston of the drawing cylinder is driven by the direction control valve, and the drawing rod and the sealing cylinder are pushed upward on the closed cylinder blank. The sealing cylinder closes the bottle blank mouth. The drawing rod lengthwise stretches the heated elastic cylinder blank. At the same time, the gas stored in the storage cylinder is blown by the high-pressure blowing valve through the sealing cylinder, and the cylinder blank is formed by high-pressure blowing.
3. The heating chain plate is positioned by photoelectric switch through stepping cylinder one station, and then blown into products by forming mechanism. The stepping cylinder is driving one station detection and positioning, and continuous production is started again and again.
4. The self-rotating chain drives the continuous work through the motor, which makes the bottle blank in the drying channel heated quickly and evenly.
5. Bottle blank is transported and arranged through the feeding system. The bottle blank is installed on the base of the bottle blowing machine by the Billet Transporting manipulator and enters the drying channel.
6. Heating consists of two sets of relatively independent far-infrared lamp tube ovens. Each far-infrared lamp tube of each group of ovens can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction according to different bottle blanks.
7. Bottle blank is heated. While the bottle blank rotates to make it uniformly heated, the mouth of the bottle is cooled. Then the blower blows hot air on the bottle blank to make the inner and outer walls of the bottle blank uniformly heated.
8. After the bottle blank enters the blowing die, the pre-blown gas enters the cylinder blank for circular stretching; when the drawing rod reaches the bottom of the die, the high-pressure gas enters the die cavity to further stretch the bottle blank, so that the bottle wall is close to the die.
9. High-pressure gas keeps in the die for a certain time, on the one hand, eliminating the internal pressure caused by the drawing of the bottle blank. On the other hand, it makes the bottle wall close to the die wall to improve the crystallinity of the bottle body plastic.
10. The high pressure gas starts to exhaust and demould at the end.
11. Bottling process is over.
12. The bottle is transported to the lower bottle station through the chain plate, and is pulled up by the lower cylinder, and then blown out by the air flow.
